By sending your CV, you apply for employment with CHÊNE & CIE or one of its subsidiaries. Your CV contains your personal data that we process and use under Article 6.1-b of the GDPR per which: “processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject”. The processing of your personal data will be carried out for the sole purpose of contacting you and ensuring the proper processing of your application. The data collected are mainly intended for CHÊNE & CIE, the controller. Access to personal data is strictly limited to the persons authorised to process them because of their functions.
